And this doesn't cover the night before when we tried to order by phone & they left my husband on hold for nearly 10 min.
I've always loved Domino's.... Until today! The young guy that answered the phone wasn't informed, wasn't interested in finding the answers, and should not be allowed to answer the telephone! Tells me "you could speak to the manager but he's too busy!". I go in to pick up my order, he rolls his eyes and says "I mean are you just showing me this for future reference?". Basically why am I telling him something he should already know about if I'm still going to pay for the food and not get WHAT I COULD'VE GOT IF HE KNEW HIS JOB! Sad to say I probably won't return!
Being new to the area we may give them another try but that'll be the last.
The food was good as most Dominos is. The service on the other hand was very disappointing. Pricing is very high especially coming from other locations & compared to other local restaurants in the area. We asked about specials or deals they had & the employee looked at me like I was crazy, asked again & he just didn't answer. Told him what we wanted & he thought it'd be funny to charge us for double. Order took nearly twice as long as we were told.
I had them deliver and the guy was kinda off and creepy, but the food was great.
Hit or miss... sometimes you get good pizza and good service, other times you get bad pizza and bad service.
Pizzas were ready when I arrived. Was in and out very quickly. Personnel very efficient and friendly.
