Ordered some items over a week ago & live 0.7 miles from store waited all day for delivery. Called 5 times to check on status of delivery & couldn't give me a time frame. Unreal!

Update on 18Feb2017: Richard the manager worked everything out very well for us. New couches are great! We'd definitely buy from Schewels again.
Follow-up on Dec 05: Called the store manager, Richard, who was professional and nice, and we agreed that while the issues are with the warranty company and furniture manufacturer, the Schewels retail store represents them and will take steps to make it right. Richard agreed to issue credit on our next purchase due to the defective bonded leather set. We'll visit the store soon to see what they have.
We bought bonded leather reclining couches 4 years ago from this store. The leather is now peeling off and cracking everywhere. The service plan sold by Schewels denied our claim for repair. Now we need new couches. Why should we buy again from your store??
